Model's Description:

Skull of the shackled man 3d model contains 69,027 polygons and 35,097 vertices.

Found during the archaeological excavation of the University of Milano in the area of Centro Velico Piombinese Between 600 and 400 BCE The skull was completely covered by sand which had also filtered into the cranial cavity, as attested by the CAT scan. On the back of the cranium a supernumerary bone (non-metric ossicle, annotation 1) has been detected on the sagittal suture of the right parietal bone, which, in addition to the gap (diastema, ann. 2) between the upper central incisors, the lack of prominence of the nasal spine of the jaw (maxilla) and a slight prognathism, could suggest an African influence or even origin, as shown in ann. 3
