| Model's Description: Willow pollen 3d model contains 326,440 polygons and 163,038 vertices. Pollen from goat willow (Salix caprea, Salicaceae). Male willow catkins are different from most flowers in that they don’t have petals or sepals - they’re just clusters of pollen-bearing stamens and nectar glands. Technical description of Salix caprea pollen, from Paldat (Hesse & Halbritter, 2016): small isopolar monads, spheroidal or prolate, circular or lobate in polar view, tricolporate, with reticulate exine.
