Model's Description: Tuatara (NHMW-Zoo1-HS 32311) 3d model contains 200,000 polygons and 99,998 vertices. 3D scan of a tuatara (Sphenodon punctatus), a lizard that lives on small islands off the coast of New Zealand. The tuatara has a strong, stocky body. The neck, back and tail bear a crest of long scales. The animals reach a total length of 65 to 75 cm and are crepuscular and nocturnal. This specimen is Number 68 of the NHM Top 100 and can be found in Hall 27 of the Natural History Museum Vienna.
