In Canary Islands, every year in Carnival, there is a gala to elect the Carnival Queen, one of the carnival’s main events. In this spectacular competition, all the candidates parade in all their glamorous finery wearing the most fantastic costumes, which can weigh more than a hundred kilos. These costumes are called “fantasies”. This fantasy is called “The secret of the Firmament”, by designer Eduardo Martín (sponsor: C.C. Alcampo La Laguna), and it got the 2nd Dame of Honor award in 2018. The woman wearing the fantasy is Ana Deisy Sabina García.
