| Model's Description: Textured Commercial Building 3d model contains 70,852 polygons and 114,353 vertices. Another shell of a building. This time I added a garden plot with a sign and bushes. The bushes aren’t really optimized at all so they add about 100k verts, but with the way I built the plot it looks empty without some vegetation there. So, you’ve been warned.
