| Model's Description: Single Breasted Mens Waistcoat 3d model contains 9,870 polygons and 5,144 vertices. A project for class where I had to make a reference sheet, sculpt a high resolution mesh, model a game resolution mesh, UV, and texture an article of clothing of my choice. I’ve been researching formal men’s wear from 1920 to the present recently, so that influenced my choice in clothing. Although, it was very tempting to sculpt my patch jacket. I think the quantity of patches would have been overwhelming, though. I have also been doing some art style studies. Lately, I’ve been admiring the TF2 artstyle and it’s versatility. While I didn’t use what I’ve learned of that style here, the stripes on the vest were a last-minute detail inspired by the Spy class in that game |
