Not to exact detail, but close enough. It wears the warpaint of the Legio Krytos, a Titan Legion that fell to Chaos during the Horus Heresy. They were in close co-operation with the Iron Warriors Legiones Astartes, so the mighty war engine displays their iron skull heraldry in a few spots |
