Model's Description: Huot Automatic Rifle 3d model contains 43,407 polygons and 22,753 vertices. The Huot Automatic Rifle is a Canadian light machine gun developed during World War I, based on the Ross Rifle, but using a gas-operated mechanism and a drum magazine to produce a portable select-fire light machine gun which would be cheaper to manufacture than the Lewis Gun. The Huot was developed from 1916 to 1918, undergoing many refinements during that time to increase reliability and reduce weight. Unfortunately, by the time it was ready for service, the war was over and the weapon was no longer needed, and the entire project was cancelled in the postwar years. Only four prototypes are known to still exist, numbered 1, 2, 4 and 5. It is unclear what happened to 3. 4K textures is available for download here - Huot Automatic Rifle - Download Free 3D model by AndreiVNK |
