Model's Description: GMX-397-05 Gundam Durandal 3d model contains 399,632 polygons and 333,391 vertices. The fifth of twelve experimental weapons known as Gundams, the Durandal serves as the base for future mobile suits produced by the Commonwealth Space Forces. It was originally designed as a testbed, capable of equipping a variety of parts for testing purposes. Its weapons and equipment are built around the use of photons. After testing, it’s decomissioned and stored for future study at the Commonwealth Cold Storage Facility on Ceres. It later returns to active service during an assault on the Ceres facility, engaging in various battles throughout the rest of the war. The Durandal is shown with standard deployment gear; a hard light, or “ether” rifle capable of generating a ether blade.
