| Model's Description: Full Rigged Ship, 50-Gun Portland-class 3d model contains 190,274 polygons and 194,164 vertices. It is a rather big ship built on the base of HMS Leopard from 1775. I used blueprints of the MHS Leopard to create the base of the ship and then i created or chose to change a lot of the details of the ship. The general shape of it is still instact. This is stage 1 of this project where i have created the outside. Next stage will be to add more small details to the ship and create a basic inside of the ship with some parts that are more detailed than others. Then it needs to get textures as well as that have not been done yet. So far it has been a very fun project with a lot of research to get important details right, and many more is needed. You can even see the toilets on the front of the ship |
