Model's Description: Coffin of Lady Iawttayesheret 3d model contains 1,243,733 polygons and 621,884 vertices. Nested coffins of the Lady Iawttayesheret from the Charlotte Lichirie Collection of Egyptian Art, Michael C. Carlos Museum, Emory University, Atlanta, GA (acc. no. 1999.1.8,a-d). This model shows the inner and outer coffins of the Lady Iawttayesheret who was a “great follower of the Diviine Adoratrice of Amun.” She was the daughter of Padikhnum and Tadiaset. She lived during Egypt’s Dynasty 25 (ca. 760-656 B.C.) in the ancient city of Thebes (Luxor) Egypt. The bottom of the outer coffin, interior of outer coffin, and the interior and foot of the outer coffin lid were not available for scanning and have been false textured here. Created from 454 photographs (165 LG Volt Mobile Phone, and 289 EOS Rebel T5i) using Metashape 1.5.1. The inner coffin and outer coffin base were photographed in November 2015 and the lid of the outer coffin was photographed in May 2019.
