Model's Description: Aweer Wooden Spoon 3d model contains 49,974 polygons and 24,987 vertices. (OMC 1960.698.001a) This spoon carved of wood with a teardrop shaped bowl is made by the Aweer, also known as the Boni, people of Somalia. The Aweer lives in both Southern Somalia and Eastern Kenya. They traditionally practice hunting and gathering. Hunting for food involved hunting giraffes, antelopes, and dik-dik (a small animal in the antelope family living in Eastern Africa).
