Amfreville Helmet 3D Model |
|
Model's Description: Amfreville Helmet 3d model contains 1,648 polygons and 910 vertices. Amfreville (Eure, France), the helmet is made in bronze, covered of metal sheets made out of bronze, iron and gold. Red enamel is also applied to enhance the pattern and give it more colours. Made for the RIR: Imperium Surrectum mod, for the game Rome Total War Remastered. Made in Blender - 910 vertices The creative process consists of modelling the low-poly version, followed by high poly version through the use of the Multi-Res modifier. Any details that the piece might present are sculpted on this copy, after which, they are baked into its low poly counterpart. The goal here is to avoid modelling the additional detail - which would increase the vert count - while still maintaining the illusion that the helmet contains such details |
